Festivities will start by dignitaries being transported to the Courthouse by horse and buggy. Keynote speeches will be given on the Courthouse steps, along with presentation of awards beginning at 11 am.
A cook-off of barbecue, pies, jellies and jams will commence following presentations at the Courthouse.
